Me recuerda a la famosa leche en polvo que se consumía en casa de pequeños. Me gusta por lo práctico de no necesitar nevera. Quizás la cuchara medidora sea un poco corta y como no tengas cuidado, aparte del contenedor, sales con la mano llena de Kéfir.
Me ha gustado porque el sabor que tiene al ser algo dulce, lo puedes añadir al Yogur natural y reduce el amargor de este.

Very good kefir. I added it to the cart as a gift in an HSN purchase. I make it with yogurt or whole milk and let it ferment for a day. It is true that it is not the same in texture or flavor as kefir when I make it with the mushroom, but it does ferment.
