Very good. what I don't know is if it will be as beneficial as fresh kefir.
It is hard to dissolve (you have to use a whisk) but once it is well dissolved, with a little bit of sweetener and if you make it with skimmed milk, it is really good. What I really don't know, if it will be as healthy as fresh kefir?
Cuesta de deshacer (hay que utilizar batidor) pero una vez bien disuelto, con un poquito de edulcorante y si encima lo haces con leche desnatada, está francamente bueno. Lo que en verdad no sé, si será sano como el kéfir fresco...
