A great discovery. I have been growing my own water kefir at home for years. It is an expensive job and sometimes the daily rhythm does not allow me to maintain the pampering it deserves. Thanks to this product I can have my daily supply of kefir when my culture is affected while maintaining the same benefits as with my culture. I already use it practically every day in my breakfast along with my whey protein.
