At HSN we appreciate your loyalty by offering you a points/discounts system. All your purchases in our shop add up to points that you can exchange for money in future purchases and get interesting discounts on all products.

Although you may already know about our HSN Points Program thanks to the video that opens the page, below we detail how you can add them up, with which you can get discounts on your next purchases. There are three ways to earn them so you can put each of them into practice. 

 

By leaving a review on products purchased at HSNstore you can earn points.

But how do you add up those points? What are the conditions? Watch out because we explain everything below:

• The first requirement is that you have purchased the product you want to rate from HSN and that it has been delivered to you.

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best information about the products and what better way than to supplement it with the opinion of other consumers. However, we also have to avoid cases of abuse of reviews, simulations for possible profit or image damage, etc.

• Once you have received the product at home, try it out and leave us your feedback - Your opinion and collaboration is very important to us!

Please note that we will not accept disrespect, insults, swear words, links to other websites or stores external to HSN. We recommend that you focus your comments on the product: Do you like it? Does it meet your expectations? How have you use it and how has it been adapted? As well as the flavour of the product you have bought, in case there are flavours.

• After submitting your comment, it will have to go through our Customer Service department, who will check if it complies with the previous requirements; this process may take a few days, due to the high volume of reviews received.

Please note that we do not only accept positive comments about HSN products. We will also accept and add up your points if the comment is not positive, as long as it is constructive and helps us to improve, and is made from respect and good practices.

• Finally, once your comment has been accepted, the points will be added to your HSN account (within 6 days). These points can be exchanged for discounts on your next purchase at HSNstore

We guarantee that the reviews have been made by consumers who have actually purchased the product, these are verified purchases.

Every time you choose a pick-up point to receive your order instead of home delivery, you'll earn 50 HSN points. It's our way of thanking you for helping us reduce our carbon footprint.

Same order for you, more sustainable for the planet. Your HSN order will be delivered just as quickly and easily, but you will contribute to reducing the number of delivery trips, reducing your CO₂ emissions.

How to proceed? Quite simply. At checkout, simply select a pick-up point near you. This way, instead of multiple home deliveries, the transport companies will make just one stop, optimising deliveries and taking care of the planet.

Regardless of the type of product(s) purchased, the points system applies to all purchases.

Points may be exchanged for discounts when placing an order, in multiples of 300 points. For example, if you have 450 points in your account you may exchange 300, leaving 150 in your account to continue accumulating with other purchases and to obtain further discount once the balance reaches 300 points.

The value of the points applied may not exceed 20% of the amount of the order, taxes included, excluding shipping costs. 

HSN Points have an expiry date of 12 months.
