Good product but...
Kefir has ideal properties for mixing with milk and or yogurt. However, for the Keto diet, its a bit prohibitive because, as its a concentrated product, it has a significant carbohydrate value per 10g , almost 7 percent of my daily total. I bought it hoping to make homemade yogurt in my yogurt maker, but it didnt work like store-bought kefir yogurt. Ill continue using it in moderation.
