Expectations worse than zero. I thought it would taste like a vinegary cheese, and it's delicious! It's kind of cream cheese flavor, I've only tried it with milk but it's very very tasty.

I was not expecting much and I was surprised. The dairy flavor is incredible. Sweeter than conventional kefir. It takes quite a lot to make a serving but I loved it.
