Very good flavor
It has a milky taste between bitter and sweet, quite pleasant to my taste. I use it as if it were ordinary powdered milk, since that is practically what it is. It gives good flavor to both sweet and savory, and being on outlet I bought a lot of kilos since it does not expire.
Tiene un sabor lácteo entre amargo y dulce, a mi gusto bastante agradable. Lo utilizo como si fuera leche en polvo normal y corriente, ya que prácticamente es eso. Da buen sabor tanto a dulces como salados, y al estar de outlet compré un montón de kilos ya que eso no caduca.

Be aware that being dehydrated the sugar content is higher, I was slow to look at the labeling, but the truth is that it is more pleasant to drink because it is sweeter than a natural yogurt or the original homemade kefir.
