I have had PCOS for 8 years and until now I had not found a supplement with such a good quality-price ratio. The improvements I have noticed are: regulation of the menstrual cycle, improvement of pain during menstruation, appetite during the entire menstrual cycle (sometimes I was very hungry and could not get enough). I miss a neutral flavor to put in my coffee in the morning for example.
Tengo SOP desde hace 8 años y hasta ahora no había encontrado un suplemento con tan buena relación calidad-precio. Las mejorías que he notado son: regulación del ciclo menstrual, mejora del dolor durante la regla, el apetito durante todo el ciclo menstrual (a veces tenía mucho hambre y no llegaba a saciarme). Echo de menos un sabor neutro para ponérselo al café por las mañanas por ejemplo.

An excellent vitamin supplement for sop
I have had PCOS for many years and for the last 7 years I was on birth control pills to control it, but decided to try something more natural. I have been using this vitamin complex for a few months now and I think it works, at least I have a regular period and my cholesterol levels have improved a bit. About the taste, I have tried Mango and Orange, I didn't like the orange, but the mango did.
Tengo SOP desde hace muchos años y los últimos 7 años estaba comando anticonceptivos para controlarlo, pero decide probar con algo mas natural. Llevo unos meses con este complejo vitamínico y creo que funciona, por lo menos tengo el periodo regular y los niveles de colesterol han mejorado un poco. Sobre el sabor, he probado Mango y Naranja, naranja no me ha gustado, pero el mango si.

Effective and good value for money
I have been taking it for less than 1 month and I couldn't be happier. I hardly bloat during my cycle, only during ovulation. I have less menstrual cramps and my cycle has been regulated. I was taking PCOS Care before, but I find it more convenient in powder form, as it is only once a day. On the downside, the orange flavor seems very artificial to me. I recommend it to any girl, whether she has PCOS or not.
Llevo menos de 1 mes tomándolo y no puedo estar más contenta. Apenas me hincho durante mi ciclo, solo durante la ovulación. Tengo menos cólicos menstruales y se me ha regulado el ciclo. Antes estuve tomando PCOS Care, pero me parece más cómodo en polvo, al ser sólo una vez al día. Por poner una pega, el sabor de naranja me parece muy artificial. LO recomiendo a cualquier chica, tenga o no SOP.

The watermelon flavor is very pleasant, I noticed results after 3 months (combined with healthy eating), the only downside is that for a powder it comes in a very impractical container for its use, although it reduces the packaging.

The best product I have ever tried
I have been taking inusitol for some time and at first it was in capsules, then I tried these flavored ones and it's great the Mango flavor is super good, besides the effectiveness of this product, my period was not coming and now it has been perfectly regulated. I recommend it to all those who have PCOS.
