Excellent value for money
I take it for my hormonal imbalance. It helps me a lot, you have to take the right dose depending on what you need it for. In my case for PCOS and insulin resistance, I take the dose that the product says 6g a day but I take it in two doses. It caused me discomfort at first, but not anymore, I have seen a lot of changes by being consistent and patient!
Yo lo tomo para mi desbalance hormonal. Me ayuda muchísimo, hay que tomar la dosis correcta dependiendo para que lo necesites. En mi caso para SOP y resistencia a la insulina, tomo la dosis que dice el producto 6g al día pero yo lo consumo en dos tomas. Me causó molestias al principio, pero ya no. ¡He visto muchos cambios siendo constante y paciente!

It works but...
Totally recommended if you have PCOS, since I take it I have my cycle super regulated and all that entails, and although I asked for the peach because people talked about its good taste, I stayed with the pills, because for me its taste is nothing different from a sachet that they can sell you at the pharmacy for the flu or a cold.
Totalmente recomendable si tienes SOP, desde que lo tomo tengo el ciclo súper regulado y todo lo que eso conlleva, y a pesar de que pedí el de melocotón porque la gente hablaba de su buen sabor, yo me quedó con las pastillas, pues para mí su sabor no es nada diferente a un sobre que te pueden vender en la farmacia para la gripe o un resfriado.

I am thrilled
The composition of this product replaces many of my dietary supplements, which I find very practical. My original inosistol powder dissolved poorly and tasted extremely sweet. I ordered the orange and watermelon flavors and like them both. The powder dissolves well in water and both taste very pleasant when chilled.
Dieses Produkt ersetzt durch seine Zusammensetzung viele meiner Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, was ich als sehr praktisch empfinde. Mein ursprüngliches Inosistolpulver löste sich nur schlecht und schmeckte extrem süß. Ich habe die Sorten Orange und Wassermelone bestellt und finde beide gut. Das Pulver löst sich gut im Wasser auf und gekühlt schmecken beide sehr angenehm.

(Mango flavor) No effect. Either there is a quality problem (e.g. there is no inositol and it is only a sweetener, since it is very sweet) or the formulation with sweetener deactivates any effect of the inositol.
