As a PCOS sufferer, I had started with drugstore supplements before finding this one by chance when ordering my protein. Well, it's much more effective. I got my cycle back in less than a month thanks to it! Whereas with the other one, nothing had changed. I'd recommend it!

I had to quit.
It was catastrophic for my stomach, I could only take it for a week. I did notice that I didn't crave sweets as much, especially in the morning when I used to take it. I didn't like the mango flavor at all, it was hard for me to take it. I switched to the capsule format.
Fue catastrófico para mi estómago, solo pude tomarlo una semana. Sí noté que no tenía tanto antojo de dulce, sobretodo por la mañana que era cuando lo tomaba.
De sabor, el mango, no me gustó nada, me costaba tomarlo.
Cambié al formato de cápsulas.

I like it very much, it has the same effect of inositol with the help of d-chiro-inositol. It can be drunk as a beverage, but I wish there was a neutral flavor, it would be great.
