I do not tolerate it

The doctor recommended it to me, I thought it would be more effective in powder form, but it is impossible to take it, after 1 hour or so I vomit.

Me lo recomendó la médica, pensé que sería más efectivo este formato en polvo, pero es imposible tomármelo, cuando pasa 1h o así lo vomito.

Product with good composition but with high sweetener (sucralose)

It would be an interesting product if it were not for the amount of sweetener it contains, which is also sucralose, a pro-inflammatory sweetener as confirmed by scientific evidence. It is a pity because it is much easier to consume in powder form than in capsules but the taste is totally artificial and the sweetener makes it an option that I will not choose again. A neutral flavor version would be ideal.

Sería un producto interesante si no fuese por la cantidad de edulcorante que lleva, que además es sucralosa, edulcorante proinflamatorio tal y como confirma la evidencia científica. Es una pena porque es mucho más fácil de consumir en polvo que en cápsulas pero el sabor es totalmente artificial y el edulcorante lo hace una opción que no volveré a elegir. Sería ideal una versión sabor neutro.

Although we cannot give the specific amount of sucralose, as it is part of our technical development, in any case, this amount is always applied based on the maximum proportions established by the legislation to ensure the safety and harmlessness of the product. Sweeteners are regulated on the basis of EC No. 1333/2008 on food additives and its subsequent amendments. The maximum concentrations at which they can be found are established according to the different food groups. We have a solid base of studies and reviews (Berry et al.2016; Grotz V, et al.2009) that support their safety even in doses above the ADI chronically. I have been taking it for a year now, both in watermelon flavored powder and in capsules and I must say that I am very happy. I had some incredible disorders and this supplement has helped me to have more or less regulated cycles, the pain has improved a lot, the amount of flow also, and now it lasts 3-4 days instead of 1 week.

Llevo un año tomándolo, tanto en polvo sabor sandía, como en cápsulas y debo decir que estoy contenta. It works!

Until two months ago I was taking the birth control pill for a problem with irregular periods caused by PCOS. The first time I tried to stop taking it I got very sick and my hypothyroid problem got out of control. The pill had been bothering me for the last few years and I decided to try the PCOS treatment, I had never before been able to regulate my periods and not have so much pain!

Hasta hace dos meses estuve tomando la píldora anticonceptiva por un problema de reglas irregulares generada por SOP. La primera vez que intenté dejar de tomarla me puse muy mala y mi problema de hipotiroidismo se descontroló. I have been taking it for a month now. I had tried the capsule format but the powder has a higher concentration of inositol. In my case, the main symptoms of PCOS were facial hair, weight and anxiety. My periods have always been regular, but I have noticed that my bleeding has shortened (from 5 to 3 days) and with less quantity. We will have to wait for the rest of the symptoms. It seems to have effects.

Llevo un mes tomándolo. Había probado el formato en cápsulas pero el polvo tiene mayor concentración de inositol. En mi caso, los síntomas principales del SOP eran el vello facial, el peso y la ansiedad. La regla siempre la he tenido regular, pero si he notado que el sangrado se me ha acortado (de 5 a 3 días) y con menos cantidad. Del resto de síntomas habrá que esperar. Parece que tiene efectos.

I have had PCOS for 8 years and until now I had not found a supplement with such a good quality-price ratio. The improvements I have noticed are: regulation of the menstrual cycle, improvement of pain during menstruation, appetite during the entire menstrual cycle (sometimes I was very hungry and could not get enough). I miss a neutral flavor to put in my coffee in the morning for example.

Tengo SOP desde hace 8 años y hasta ahora no había encontrado un suplemento con tan buena relación calidad-precio. Las mejorías que he notado son: regulación del ciclo menstrual, mejora del dolor durante la regla, el apetito durante todo el ciclo menstrual (a veces tenía mucho hambre y no llegaba a saciarme). Echo de menos un sabor neutro para ponérselo al café por las mañanas por ejemplo.

An excellent vitamin supplement for sop

I have had PCOS for many years and for the last 7 years I was on birth control pills to control it, but decided to try something more natural. I have been using this vitamin complex for a few months now and I think it works, at least I have a regular period and my cholesterol levels have improved a bit. About the taste, I have tried Mango and Orange, I didn't like the orange, but the mango did.

Tengo SOP desde hace muchos años y los últimos 7 años estaba comando anticonceptivos para controlarlo, pero decide probar con algo mas natural. Llevo unos meses con este complejo vitamínico y creo que funciona, por lo menos tengo el periodo regular y los niveles de colesterol han mejorado un poco. Sobre el sabor, he probado Mango y Naranja, naranja no me ha gustado, pero el mango si.
