It has the right dosages of d-chiro inositol and myoinositol for pcos. Also, coincidentally, I discovered that the dosages of B6 and folic acid are also optimal for those who, like me, need such supplementation due to high levels of homocysteine given by mthfr mutation. Icing on the cake, it contains B12, so suitable for those on a vegan diet. Overall it is an excellent supplement, the only downside is that it contains sweetener. I will therefore ask customer service if it will be possible to review the ingredients.

Ha i giusti dosaggi di d-chiro inositolo e myoinositolo per pcos. Inoltre, casualmente, ho scorperto che anche i dosaggi di B6 e acido folico sono ottimali per chi, come me, necessita di tale integrazione a causa di livelli alti di omocisteina dati da mutazione mthfr. Ciliegina sulla torta, contiene B12, dunque indicata per chi segue una dieta vegana. Nel complesso è un ottimo integratore, l'unica nota dolente è che contiene edulcorante. Chiederó pertanto al servizio clienti se sarà possibile rivedere gli ingredienti.
