Good supplement
I have tried the orange flavor. I have been taking it since December for PCOS. My gynecologist approves of its ingredients and so far, I get my period every month or at most a longer cycle. The price is pretty good, cheaper than other brands. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, which doesn't fit my hand, but I solved it by changing it to a bottle. I will continue to use it.
He probado el sabor naranja. Llevo tomándolo desde diciembre para el SOP. Mi ginecólogo aprueba sus ingredientes y hasta ahora, me baja la regla todos los meses o como mucho algún ciclo más largo. De precio bastante bien, más barato que otras marcas. Lo único que no me gusta es el envase, que no me cabe la mano, pero lo solucioné cambiándolo a un bote. Seguiré usándolo.

In December 2021 I decided to buy this product because in the whole year I had only had my period 3 times. Since I started taking it, I have had my period every month in 28-30 day cycles. Excellent supplement for pcos
It has the right dosages of d-chiro inositol and myoinositol for pcos. Also, coincidentally, I discovered that the dosages of B6 and folic acid are also optimal for those who, like me, need such supplementation due to high levels of homocysteine given by mthfr mutation. Icing on the cake, it contains B12, so suitable for those on a vegan diet. Overall it is an excellent supplement, the only downside is that it contains sweetener. I will therefore ask customer service if it will be possible to review the ingredients.

Inoltre, casualmente, ho scorperto che anche i dosaggi di B6 e acido folico sono ottimali per chi, come me, necessita di tale integrazione a causa di livelli alti di omocisteina dati da mutazione mthfr.
Ciliegina sulla torta, contiene B12, dunque indicata per chi segue una dieta vegana.
Nel complesso è un ottimo integratore, l'unica nota dolente è che contiene edulcorante. Chiederó pertanto al servizio clienti se sarà possibile rivedere gli ingredienti.
