Very good to drink
It does what it promises, among many other things it reduces my premenstrual syndrome, the mango flavor is delicious but the next time I order it maybe I will change the flavor to peach, the opinions are really positive, I love the HSN complexes with flavor, they help you drink water and it doesn't cost to take it.

For those with polycystic ovaries highly recommended. It has everything you need. Been taking it for a month and it immediately kicked in, cycle came. I would prefer it less sweet for the rest, wow!

Too sweet
It arrived in the right time and the packaging is ok. Price is very affordable but I don't understand why there is no option to take it neutral.... I got the peach flavor and it is stomach-churningly sweet. I read in another review that orange is also very sweet, so I guess it is a common problem. I'll wait a little longer to evaluate the effectiveness because I just started taking it but I don't know if I'll be able to finish the packet because of the taste which is really too sweet...it's a pity, I hope in the future it will also come without added flavors.
È arrivato nei tempi giusti e il packaging è ok. Prezzo è molto conveniente ma non capisco perché non esiste l'opzione di prenderlo neutro... Ho preso il gusto alla pesca ed è dolce in maniera stomachevole. Ho letto in un altra recensione che anche l'arancia è molto dolce, quindi immagino sia un problema comune. Aspetterò ancora un po' per valutare l'efficacia perché ho appena iniziato a prenderlo ma non so se riuscirò a finire la confezione a causa del sapore davvero troppo dolce...è un vero peccato, spero che in futuro venga fornito anche senza aromi aggiunti.

Like most, I take it for PCOS, I was taking another similar product but less complete and more expensive. I have tried mango option and it is delicious, dissolves surprisingly well, and the price is better than other brands, especially considering that the PCOS is chronic and you will have to take the product for a long time.

Good supplement
I have tried the orange flavor. I have been taking it since December for PCOS. My gynecologist approves of its ingredients and so far, I get my period every month or at most a longer cycle. The price is pretty good, cheaper than other brands. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, which doesn't fit my hand, but I solved it by changing it to a bottle. I will continue to use it.
He probado el sabor naranja. Llevo tomándolo desde diciembre para el SOP. Mi ginecólogo aprueba sus ingredientes y hasta ahora, me baja la regla todos los meses o como mucho algún ciclo más largo. De precio bastante bien, más barato que otras marcas. Lo único que no me gusta es el envase, que no me cabe la mano, pero lo solucioné cambiándolo a un bote. Seguiré usándolo.

In December 2021 I decided to buy this product because in the whole year I had only had my period 3 times. Since I started taking it, I have had my period every month in 28-30 day cycles. I couldn't be happier! I decided on this brand because I'm horrible at swallowing pills and the powder format caught my eye - a great choice! Easy to take and the orange flavor is good. The 500g pack lasts about 2 and a half months, so the value for money is unbeatable.
