I bought the 150g peach version, the smell and taste is wonderful. I have been taking it for almost a month now, but I understand that the effect is more noticeable in the long term. At the moment what I have noticed is an improvement in my skin. I used to get acne outbreaks due to hormonal changes, and my skin was very dry, and since I started taking it my skin is perfect!

Delighted with this product
On effects I leave a neutral note because I have been using it for a short time and it takes time to notice it. I can say that in terms of mood (my main concern) everything seems to be in order. So far I can say that it dissolves incredibly well, that I use it in my protein shake (neutral flavor) and it goes great. It tastes sweet, like soda, it's nice. I want to try more flavors. A thousand thanks for putting 500g format, it is much better that way.
Sobre efectos dejo nota neutral porque llevo poco y se necesita tiempo para notarlo. Puedo decir que en cuanto a estado anímico (mi principal preocupación) todo parece en orden.
De momento puedo decir que disuelve increíblemente bien, que lo uso en mi batido de proteínas (de sabor neutro) y va genial. Sabe dulce, como a refresco, es agradable. Quiero probar más sabores
