All in all, a good product. The tablet formulation contains different ingredients and half dosages of inositols, if we look at the recommended daily dose. If the same ingredients and dosages as in the powder formulation were also available in tablets, which are much more convenient, that would be the top. As for the packaging, the white pouch with only the hsn logo imprinted on the front and the label pasted on the back with the description of the type of product contained, leaves one a bit perplexed and does not conform to the photo of the product in the online store.
Tutto sommato un buon prodotto. La formulazione in compresse contiene ingredienti differenti e dosaggi dimezzati di inositoli, se guardiamo alla dose giornaliera raccomandata. Se gli stessi ingredienti e dosaggi della formulazione in polvere fossero disponibili anche in compresse, molto più pratiche, sarebbe il top.
Per quanto riguarda il packaging, la busta bianca col solo logo hsn impresso frontalmente e l'etichetta incollata posteriormente con la descrizione del tipo di prodotto contenuto, lascia un po' di perplessità e non è conforme alla foto del prodotto presente nello store online.

Very good presentation
I take it because I have PCOS, and the truth is that the presentation is much better than Inositol powder. The 6g dispenser is great! However... I wish there was a neutral flavor. The orange flavor is okay, but it's too sweet. I like to take it with coffee, and with the flavors out there it's impossible. As for effectiveness, it's still too early but I imagine it will do as well (or better) for PCOS as this brand's inositol.

Ahora bien... Me gustaría que hubiese un sabor neutro. El sabor a naranja está bien, pero es demasiado dulce. Me gusta tomarlo con el café, y con los sabores que hay es imposible.
En cuanto a la efectividad, todavía es demasiado pronto pero me imagino que irá tan bien (o mejor) para el SOP como el inositol de esta marca.
