For me it has been a before and after. My cycles are healthier, I really like the orange flavor. Not so much the others. Too intense. The package comes sealed and perfect.

Very effective, but too sweet and chemical taste
Suffering from PCOS and irregular cycles for several years this product has been very effective in regularizing my menstrual cycles already after 2 months! Unfortunately, I do not really like the flavors offered (I have tried mango and orange), as they taste chemical and too sweet. I would prefer a non-sweet version without any flavor.
Soffrendo di PCOS e cicli irrecolari da vari anni, questo prodotto si è mostrato molto efficace nella regolarizzazione dei miei cicli mestruali già dopo 2 mesi!
Purtroppo non mi piacciono molto i gusti offerti (ho provato mango ed arancia), in quanto hanno sapore chimico e troppo dolce. Preferirei una versione non dolce e senza alcun sapore.

I tried the mango one and I really love the taste, as it tastes just like tropical juice. It also dilutes very well in water and helps a lot to improve the menstrual cycle.
