Llevo 3 meses tomándolo y creo q funciona esto dependerá de cada persona si q es verdad q hasta q no visite al ginecólogo no sabré si estoy mejor de mis ovarios poliquistico pero si puedo decir q las reglas no son tan dolorosas lo tomo junto con las pastillas PMS. 1 pastilla y 1 cacito al día.

The watermelon flavored one is super tasty, it goes in great - almost like a soft drink. It dissolves great too. I haven't noticed any mega effects because I haven't been taking it for long, but I do have a more regular cycle and I notice that in general it feels great and I would recommend it a thousand times.
El de sabor de sandía está super rico, entra genial - como si fuera un refresco casi. Se disuelve genial además. No he notado mega efectos porque al final llevo poco tomandolo pero sí tengo el ciclo más regular y noto que en general me sienta genial y lo recomendaría mil veces.

Helps me with acne
The product fulfills its function, however, I get a little confused measuring with the spoon because it is the same for all powdered products and as I consume it first thing in the morning, it is worse. As a negative point, I don't like that it comes sweetened. I think it's a little too much sweetener. I bought the mango one.
El producto cumple con su función sin embargo, me lio un poco midiendo con la cuchara ya que es la misma para todos los productos en polvo y como lo consumo a primera hora pues peor. Como punto un poco negativo, no me gusta que venga edulcorado. Creo que sobra un poco el que le añadan endulzante. He comprado el de mango.

I have already bought this product three times, the flavor I like the most is the peach, the watermelon is fine but I love the peach. It dissolves very well, I always take it with cold water, and it is very easy to take. Regarding its effectiveness I can't say much, I have read that other women who use it have found it has helped them improve their cycle or bring it back, it's not my case at the moment, every woman will need her time. Even so I will continue to use it, of all the products I have tried it is the one I like the most, the most complete for its composition and the quality/price ratio is incredible.
Ya he comprado tres veces este producto, el sabor que más me gusta es el de melocotón, el de sandía está bien pero el de melocotón me encanta. Se disuelve muy bien, yo siempre lo tomo con agua fría, y es muy fácil de tomar.
Respecto a su efectividad no puedo decir mucho, he leído que a otras mujeres que lo usan les ha ayudado a mejorar su ciclo o a traerlo de vuelta, no es mi caso por el momento, cada mujer necesitará su tiempo. Aún así voy a seguir usándolo, de todos los productos que he probado es el que más me gusta, el más completo por su composición y la relación calidad/precio es increíble.
