I've been taking it for a couple of months, I started with the pills but it was a bit of a hassle to take it three times a day so I tried the powder. I try to take it on an empty stomach for effectiveness (although there are no clear studies) and the first few minutes I'm a bit shaken up but it passes quickly. I took it for my acne and I have improved a lot (they are no longer cysts but more superficial) although logically it is not miraculous.
Llevo un par de meses tomándolo, empecé por las pastillas pero era un poco rollo las tres tomas diarias y probé con el polvo. Intento tomarlo en ayunas por efectividad (aunque no hay estudios claros) y los primeros minutos estoy como algo revuelta pero se me pasa rápido. Me lo tomé por el acné y he mejorado bastante (ya no son quistes sino más superficial) aunque lógicamente no es milagroso.

I waited until my next period (1 month) and I did notice a slight change (the pain was reduced a little) compared to other months. Obviously it is a combination of everything since I also take an additional tablespoon of coconut oil and omega 3 plus vitamins.
