I have been taking this supplement for 6 months and it has been great, the peach flavor is delicious. It has greatly reduced my acne outbreaks and I feel more energetic, and even though I have been taking it for a short time, it has regulated my menstruation quite a bit.
Llevo tomando este suplemento 6 meses y me ha ido genial, el sabor de melocotón está buenísimo. Me ha reducido muchísimo los brotes de acné y me noto con más energía, además aunque llevo poco tiempo tomándolo se me ha regulado bastante la regla.

The largest, cheapest and most effective
I was sent ovosicare for PCOS which did nothing for me as I needed more doses of inositol. This one after taking it for 5 months I have really noticed the difference. Now I have regular cycles and the PCOS has reduced quite a bit. The only thing is that the orange flavor makes me nauseous if I don't take it with food. If there were no flavor or something more neutral it would be better. Recommended 100%.
Me enviaron ovosicare para el SOP el cual no me hizo nada ya que necesitaba más dosis de inositol. Éste después de tomarlo durante 5 meses he notado mucho la diferencia. Ahora tengo ciclos regulares el síndrome premenstrual se ha reducido bastante. Lo único es que el sabor naranja ya me genera náuseas si no lo tomo con comida. Si hubiera sin sabor o algo más neutro mejor. Recomendado 100%.

Hopefully tasteless option
I like it, I would prefer that there was the same composition in capsules, since the PCOS in capsules brings less dose of inositol. Or above all, for price, since it is cheaper than in capsules if it were unflavored. I have tried all the flavors and they make me nauseous when I take it. For the rest, quite effective and complete to regulate if you have PCOS.
Me gusta, preferiría que lo hubiese de igual composición en cápsulas, ya que el PCOS en cápsulas trae menos dosis de inositol.
O sobre todo, por precio, ya que es más barato que en cápsulas que fuese sin sabor. Ya que he probado todos los sabores y me provocan náuseas al tomarlo.
Por el resto, bastante efectivo y completo para regular si tienes SOP

Super good
It is fantastic. It has helped me a lot with my PCOS symptoms, in a matter of a couple of months I got my periods back to normal. I feel better, less tired and my metabolism is more regulated, since PCOS makes me gain weight very fast. I have tried only orange and peach and I like this one the best. Much more convenient than the pill version, as you only need one shot a day.
Es fantástico. Me ha ayudado mucho con los síntomas del SOP, en cuestión de un par de meses recuperé las menstruaciones normales. Me siento mejor, menos cansada y con el metabolismo más regulado, ya que el SOP me hace ganar peso muy rápido. He probado sólo naranja y melocotón y este es el que más me gusta. Mucho más cómodo que la versión en pastillas, ya que sólo necesitas una toma al día.

I buy the peach flavor because it's the only one I can stand. I can never take it on an empty stomach. Otherwise, very effective in reducing the effects of PCOS. From having my period every 6 months, I have gone to having it every 27-29 days without fail. No PMS and no complications whatsoever. A great discovery that I have been using for 3 years now.
Yo me compro el sabor melocotón porque es el único que aguanto. No lo puedo tomar nunca con el estómago vacío. Por lo demás, muy efectivo para remitir los efectos del SOP. De tener la regla cada 6 meses, he pasado a tenerla cada 27-29 días sin falta. Sin SPM ni ningún tipo de complicación. Un gran descubrimiento con el que llevo ya 3 años.

Very good
The truth is that from the first day I took it I noticed a tremendous change in my mood. I can't talk so much about weight loss because I am not constant with diet and exercise, but I can say that my acne outbreaks have improved, and that my bones hurt less, probably because of the vitamin D intake. The orange flavor is very tasty and it dissolves very well.
Lo cierto es que desde el primer día que lo tomé noté un cambio tremendo en mi estado anímico. No puedo hablar tanto de pérdida de peso porque no soy constante con dieta y ejercicio, pero sí de que los brotes de acné me hayan mejorado, y de que me duelen menos los huesos, probablemente por el aporte de vitamina D. El sabor naranja muy rico y se disuelve muy bien.
