Irregular cycles and acne
I bought the 150 gram orange flavored one to try and I am happy with it although I would prefer it to be unflavored as I feel it doesn't agree with me. I suffer from hormonal acne and have noticed a lot of improvement and my menstrual cycles are more regular. I will try another flavor and see how it goes.

I saw results in my first month and it's already showing in the second month, I have hormonal and fungal acne, with the help of my skincare and the pcos complex powder I have improved a lot! I suffered a lot when the stock ran out as I was taking it every day but I already ordered it again and still my face remains the same, super delighted. I wish they would add reusable containers to refill and recycle from the sachet.

Sufrí mucho cuando se agotó el stock ya que lo tomaba cada día pero ya lo pedí de nuevo y aún mi rostro permanece igual, súper encantada. The gynecologist prescribed contraceptives because he said it was the only solution to regulate menstruation with PCOS. After getting informed I decided to buy this complex. Help for hormone regulation
