Unbeatable value for money!
Very good price per kg for high-quality magnesium citrate, much better value than most other brands. The product does not dissolve, so, like creatine, the most convenient way to take the product is to put the amount of powder in a spoon, then directly into the mouth and drink a glass of water.
Très bon prix au kg pour du citrate de magnésium de haute qualité, rapport qualité prix bien meilleur que chez la plupart des autres marques. Le produit ne se dissout pas alors, comme la créatine, la façon la plus pratique pour prendre le produit est de mettre la quantité de poudre dans une cuillère puis directement dans la bouche et boire un verre d'eau.

Does not dissolve well but works
This powder is one of those things that I simply spoon into my mouth and flush down with water as it would stick to the glass if I used on to drink from. Does not mix very well and does not taste too great either (not too bad, though). But it works to calm me down and stimulate the bowels.
