It is very soothing, helps to reconcile sleep, effective from the first day. Dissolves poorly in cold water but dissolves well in warm water. It has no taste. I put it in my vegetable juice or in my water bottle.

For me, glycinate absorbs much better, especially if it is Albion glycinate, although this one is not bad for the price.

If you find it hard to drink something that stays sandy in your mouth, this is not the product for you... But if this does not cause you discomfort, take it before going to bed and it is great to sleep and recover well all the muscular work. I take it only with water.
Si te cuesta tomar algo que se queda como arenoso en la boca, no es tu producto... Pero si esto no te genera incomodidad, lo tomas antes de acostar y es buenísimo para dormir y recuperar bien todo el trabajo muscular. Yo lo tomo solo con agua.
