This product is better tolerated than citrate, but no one takes it. They should warn about its taste, for me it is unbearable, I even feel unpleasant. I have tried to take it with juice but the taste is totally off. I recommend taking it in capsules.
Este producto se tolera mejor que el citrato, pero no hay quien lo tome. Deberían de avisar de su sabor, para mí es insoportable, se me pone hasta mala gana. He intentado tomarlo con zumo pero sobresale el sabor totalmente.
Recomiendo tomarlo en cápsulas.

It goes well with milk, it does not taste like anything, but the texture is a bit sandy when taken as it does not dissolve completely. I have been taking it for years. I recommend it.
