It fulfills its function.
It goes well with milk, it does not taste like anything, but the texture is a bit sandy when taken as it does not dissolve completely. I have been taking it for years. I recommend it. Also, if you have problems going to the bathroom it is the best, one scoop before going to bed and in the morning like clockwork.
Se toma bien con leche, no sabe a nada, eso sí, textura al tomarlo es un poco arenoso ya que no se disuelve por completo. Lo tomo hace años.
Lo recomiendo. Además, si tiene problemas para ir al baño es lo mejor, un cacito antes de acostarse y por la mañana como un reloj.

Basic supplement in my diet.
In my supplementation I have been taking 1mg of Mg citrate daily for years. I take it in powder form and it is not a problem for me that it does not dissolve, because it is enough to shake it hard in the shaker with other supplements and it does not give time to settle. Good price at HSN.

Product suitable for encapsulation.
This magnesium citrate I have tried taking it by dissolving it in water, the taste is neutral but it is almost impossible to dissolve. I opted to encapsulate it, I have an opercolator of 100 00 capsules (about 1Gr) I take 2 in the morning and two in the evening. I am doing well, no intestinal discomfort.
Questo magnesio citrato ho provato ad assumerlo sciogliendolo in acqua, il sapore è neutro ma è quasi impossibile da sciogliere. Ho optato per incapsularlo, ho una opercolatrice da 100 capsule 00 (circa 1Gr) ne assumo 2 la mattina e due la sera. Mi trovo bene, nessun disturbo intestinale.
