I have been taking it for a while now and it dissolves in water and it dissolves well and it hardly has any taste. They say it has some laxative effect, but in my case nothing like that has happened. It is used to obtain the recommended daily amount of magnesium, since it is a mineral that is generally not very present in the current diet.
Lo llevo ya tomando una temporada y bien, lo disuelvo en agua y se disuelve bien y apenas tiene sabor. Dicen que tiene algo de efecto laxante, pero en mi caso no ha ocurrido nada de eso. Utilizado para lograr obtener la cantidad diaria recomendada de magnesio, ya que es un mineral generalmente poco presente en la dieta actual.
