It is understood that something helps with fatigue and sleep. I always say that supplementation is complicated to give an exact verdict and say what degree of effectiveness it has. For its price it is advisable to take it, that's for sure.

It is supposedly one of the best sources of magnesium. I prefer it pure and in powdered form as it is cheaper and can be mixed with other things. The taste is not too unpleasant.
