I ordered Magnesium citrate and give some samples to my friends. Everyone is ordering now this Magnesium. One friend of mine has more than 10 years problems with cramps in here legs. After 4 days, the cramp went gone .once in a while she get it. back. Unfortunatly the magnesium malate is not in store, because for people with cramps this is better than citrate.
