Essential on a daily basis
I like this one and I take it daily with intestinal tolerance and in the evening, since magnesium is soothing, as it promotes a good night's rest. I accompany it daily with potassium citrate as both are vital for proper cellular function and energy.
Sin sabor, otros tenían un sabor ácido muy fuerte, por eso éste me gusta y lo tomo a diario a tolerancia intestinal y por la tarde, ya que el magnesio es tranquilizante, pues favorece el descanso nocturno. Lo acompaño a diario con el citrato de potasio ya que ambos son vitales para la correcta función celular y para la energía de éstas.

Good option to calculate daily dose
A good option if what you want is not to always consume the same amount of magnesium, because depending on the magnesium you have obtained from what you have eaten you can reduce the dose and therefore last longer the package. All the positive effects are noticeable over time, especially the rest. You sleep more soundly, no doubt.
Pues una buena opción si lo que quieres es no consumir siempre la misma cantidad de magnesio, pues según el magnesio que hayas obtenido de lo que hayas comido podrás reducir la dosis y por tanto durarte más el paquete. Todos los efectos positivos se notan al cabo del tiempo, sobre todo el descanso. Duermes más profundo, sin duda.
