I used to take magnesium chloride, but it tasted too strong. Magnesium citrate has no taste and is therefore easy to take.
Antes tomaba cloruro de magnesio, pero se me hacía un sabor demasiado fuerte. El citrato de magnesio no tiene sabor y por lo tanto resulta fácil de tomar.

I take it daily at noon most of the time. In powder form you can administer your dose. I consider it a basic product if you want to: sleep well, feel calm, have energy when you exercise. Maybe for me it's its neutral taste, but I take it combined with lemon water.
