Excellent product
I have been buying it for some time because I think it is one of the best magnesium supplements. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. It dissolves easily in any cold or hot liquid and leaves no taste. Citrate is one of the best assimilated magnesium supplements. I take it at night to relax, sleep better and avoid leg cramps. A 10!
Llevo tiempo comprándolo pues me parece uno de los mejores suplementos de magnesio. La relación calidad precio es inmejorable. Se disuelve sin problema en cualquier líquido frio o caliente y no deja sabor. El citrato es uno de los suplementos de magnesio mejor asimilables. Good value for money, before switching to bisglycinate in case citrate upsets your stomach. Neutral taste, does not taste like anything. For me so far so good and makes me rest well. I hope that in my next test of more than 5h I will be sure to be free of cramps.
Buena calidad precio, previo a pasar al bisglicinato en caso de que el citrato te remueva el estómago. Sabor neutro, no me sabe a nada. Para mí por ahora bien y me hace descansar bien. Espero que en mi próxima prueba de más de 5h me asegure estar libre de calambres.
