This magnesium citrate is good, before I used to take it from the same brand HSN but in capsules and I have the feeling that I noticed more effect, I slept more deeply. With this I don't notice it so much and it's hard to dissolve a little bit but I prefer it this way because the pills were too big for me and this one is very comfortable and easy to take.
Está bien este citrato de magnesio, antes lo tomaba de la misma marca HSN pero en cápsulas y me da la sensación de que notaba más efecto, dormía como más profundo. Con esto no lo noto tanto además cuesta de disolver un poquito pero lo prefiero así porque las pastillas eran muy grandes para mí y este es muy cómodo y fácil de tomar.
