Good product
It's a product I've been using for a long time and I recommend it. It dissolves well in water and has a neutral taste. The downside for me is the packaging, as the zipper gets damaged with use, compromising the product's durability.

I wish it could be diluted a little better, because sometimes it costs but I am noticing in my day the issue of concentration and going to the bathroom, I combine it with the ashwaganda also and for the issue of stress and sleep great.
