It is good value for money, the taste is very mild so it is taken very well and I notice the effect a lot, I am less tired, with less pain and my nails have stopped breaking. I mix it with potassium as they say it is recommended.

Good complement if you have trouble sleeping
So far this format of magnesium is helping me to sleep better. I had some gastric problems at the beginning because I didn't take the correct dosage, but that was quickly solved by making sure I was taking it correctly. I would choose the capsule format again for the convenience.
De momento éste formato de magnasio me está resultando de ayuda para dormir mejor. Tuve al principio algún problema gástrico debido a que no me tomaba la dosis correcta, pero solucionado rápidamente al cerciorarme correctamente. Elegiría en otra ocasión el formato capsulas por la comodidad.

Magnesium is very necessary whether you exercise or not, but if you take it before weight training is great for the muscles and thus not have stiffness, it is a product that should never be missing and better if you mix it with potassium.
