Magnesium Citrate easy to take
I had bought the tablets before but due to their size I have switched to this one and much, much better. I combine it with magnesium bisglycinate to get it from various sources and it works great for me.

Good complement if you have trouble sleeping
So far this format of magnesium is helping me to sleep better. I had some gastric problems at the beginning because I didn't take the correct dosage, but that was quickly solved by making sure I was taking it correctly. I would choose the capsule format again for the convenience.
De momento éste formato de magnasio me está resultando de ayuda para dormir mejor. Tuve al principio algún problema gástrico debido a que no me tomaba la dosis correcta, pero solucionado rápidamente al cerciorarme correctamente. Elegiría en otra ocasión el formato capsulas por la comodidad.
