Good value for money
Good product. I use it to balance my magnesium needs because it is difficult to cover them with diet alone due to the impoverishment of most growing soils. I get much better than in capsule format and I buy 100% product, 0% additives. I take it directly from the dispenser morning and evening, away from meals: a sip of water and that's it!

For me it is the best magnesium I have ever taken, since I started with this type of magnesium I feel better in every way. However, you have to take into account that each body is different and maybe other people do not feel satisfied. In my case there is no better than this type of magnesium.

Magnesium is vital
Magnesium in general benefits numerous functions of the body. In citrate form it is good for constipation. For rest, bisglycinate is more indicated. At home we prefer it in powder form as some of the capsules are uncomfortable to swallow. It is a good product.
El magnesio en general beneficia numerosas funciones del organismo. En forma de citrato viene bien para el estreñimiento. Para el descanso está más indicado el bisglicinato. En casa preferimos en polvo pues algunas de las cápsulas son molestas al tragar. Es un buen producto.
