Magnesium is vital
Magnesium in general benefits numerous functions of the body. In citrate form it is good for constipation. For rest, bisglycinate is more indicated. At home we prefer it in powder form as some of the capsules are uncomfortable to swallow. It is a good product.
El magnesio en general beneficia numerosas funciones del organismo. En forma de citrato viene bien para el estreñimiento. Para el descanso está más indicado el bisglicinato. En casa preferimos en polvo pues algunas de las cápsulas son molestas al tragar. Es un buen producto.

A basic in supplementation especially if you do sports where you lose a lot of minerals either because they are of long duration or high intensity. The best value for money on the market.
