A must-have supplement at a very good price
I have incorporated it into my supplementation because of its proven benefits. I add it to my protein shake because I don't really like the taste and texture, but I prefer the powder form to the tablet form. If you take it at night it helps you rest.

Seems to work (laxative)
I bought it because I had a magnesium deficit in my diet. I took the recommended dose and the first day I noticed its effects the most, especially its laxative effects. For several hours, my guts roared and I was gassy. I didn't feel bad or feel any pain, it is simply that magnesium has laxative effects. As for sleeping better or recovering, I did not notice any effect.
Lo compré porque tenía un déficit de magnesio en mi dieta. Tomé la dosis recomendada y el primer día fue el que más noté sus efectos, especialmente laxantes. Durante varias horas, las tripas me rugían y me daban gases. No me sentó mal ni sentía ningún dolor, es simplemente que el magnesio tiene efectos laxantes. Magnesium citrate is the most effective way to take it. Magnesium is a necessary supplement at all ages. I prefer it in powder form because I avoid any other unnecessary ingredients. It dissolves with difficulty but the pure quality and price more than makes up for it.

It has no taste but the powders are a little hard to dissolve. I tried others and they were granulated with citrus flavor. But the effect is the same one as the other and this one is much cheaper.
