Good product
It has no taste, so it does not cost much to drink it. The only downside is that it does not dissolve completely in the water, so you have to drink it as a race so that it does not settle at the bottom of the glass. But in the end you take it. I've been taking it for 2 days, so I don't know how effective it is yet. I hope it works well for me.
No tiene sabor, por lo que no cuesta mucho tomarlo. La única pega, es que al no disolverse por completo en el agua, es como que tienes que tomártelo como una carrera para que no se pose en el fondo del vaso. Pero al final se toma.. Llevo 2 días tomándolo, por lo que todavía no sé su efectividad. Espero que me vaya bien.

Basic and necessary
The measurement of the dispenser is quite inaccurate, unless you have a precision scale it is a bit difficult to get the exact amount right. It would be nice if there were more dispensers of different sizes that would give the exact amount of each product.

I have been taking magnesium for years and I find it indispensable. I have less joint discomfort and when I have stopped taking it I feel worse overall. As with all the no added formulations, I find it very convenient to be able to make my own blends.
