Good value for money, good alternative to whey and vegetable proteins, although I don't like the taste, I mix it with defatted cocoa and sweeten with some Stevia.

In smoothies it goes great and to make waffles and oatmeal pancakes is a good way to not have to depend on the short shelf life of pasteurized egg whites. It is necessary to calculate well the amount of powder that is put because if you overdo it you can get a gummy waffle.
En batidos va genial y para hacer gofres y tortitas de avena es una buena forma de no tener que depender de la corta caducidad de las claras pasteurizadas. Hay que calcular bien la cantidad de polvo que se pone pues si te pasas te puede quedar el gofre gomoso
