I use egg whites almost every day. The fact that I don't have to refrigerate them makes it much easier for me to use them, because I don't have to keep an eye on the expiration date and they don't take up space in the fridge. I discovered them not long ago and without a doubt I will never take them liquid again. However, I only use them in cakes/cupcakes, I don't think they are the most suitable for grilling.

Las descubrí hace no mucho y sin duda no volveré a cogerlas líquidas. Eso si, las utilizo solamente en bizcochos/tortitas, no creo que para hacerlas a la plancha sean las más indicadas.
