Surprising
They have surprised me a lot, they are a very versatile and convenient way to add protein to any dish, I use them for example to add protein to a vegetable dish, so I don't have to cook breast and worry about freezing/thawing it. I have tried making an omelet with egg whites with them and they stay the same as the liquid ones, very happy.
Me han sorprendido mucho, son una forma muy versátil y conveniente de añadir proteína a cualquier plato, yo las utilizo por ejemplo para añadir proteína a un plato de verduras, así no tengo que estar cocinando pechuga y preocupado de congelarla/descongelarla.
He probado hacer una tortilla de claras con ellas y se quedan igual que las líquidas, muy contento.

I've been buying it since the first day I started supplementation and it works great. The normal way is to take it as egg white, and although it can be taken like that, I prefer to take it in a shake adding half a scoop of chocolate protein, being faster to take.
Lo compro desde el primer día que empecé con la suplementación y me va genial. Lo normal es tomarla como clara de huevo, y aunque se puede tomar así, la prefiero en batido añadiéndole medio cazo de proteínas de chocolate, siendo así más rápido de tomar.

Digestive, uncooked, does not give gas.

A basic for cooking
I can't do without powdered egg whites. Although they dissolve regularly, they leave lumps. I use a powerful whisk to make milk foam and it is fine but with foam... I will continue to buy it.
No puedo estar sin las claras en polvo. Aunque se disuelven regular, dejan grumos. Utilizo un batidor potente de los de hacer espuma de leche y queda bien pero con espuma...Aún así lo seguiré comprando

When it comes to adding protein to a meal without changing the taste or texture, this albumen has been a marvel. Ideal also for thickening some recipes, replacing raw egg, etc. For me certainly very convenient and competitively priced, and easier to store than liquid egg whites.
