Very good for cooking
I use it for cooking, I use it for omelets and they are quite good and satiating. I don't like it in shakes, and I prefer normal whey.

The taste
Let's see... I took this unflavored protein to avoid taking so much sweetener. The truth is that it does its job but the taste does not convince me. You pour it in milk, yogurt, etc. but that weird and salty taste is not masked. Sometimes I have had to add vanilla to make it less noticeable. I think I'll switch to lactose free and unflavored whey for the next one.
A ver...cogí esta proteína sin sabor para no tomar tanto edulcorante. La verdad es que hace su función pero el sabor no me termina de convencer. Lo echas en leche, yogur, etc pero ese sabor algo raro y salado no se enmascara. A veces he tenido que echar vainilla para que no se note tanto. Creo que me pasaré a la whey sin lactosa y sin sabor para la próxima
