For me the best because it has hardly any fat, it feels good, it satiates me and I notice better recoveries after days of training or a lot of wear and tear at work. It also has no better taste. It dilutes quite well for shakes

I am not convinced
I bought it to replace the liquid egg whites with which I make my breakfast cake. Impossible to find the texture that the egg whites used to give me, they turn out like a churro. I have tried with different amounts of water and no way. I don't recommend them for omelets either because they come out with a texture like a bath sponge. I will finish the 2 kg package but I will not repeat.
Lo compré para sustituir las claras líquidas con las que hago el bizcocho del desayuno. Imposible dar con la textura que me daban las claras, me salen hechos un churro. He probado con distintas cantidades de agua y ni modo. Para tortillas tampoco las recomiendo porque salen con textura como de esponja de baño. Acabaré el paquete de 2 kg pero no repetiré.

Does not disappoint
I had my doubts about how it would turn out, but you can hardly notice the difference with normal yolks in terms of flavor and texture. The only noticeable difference is that (obviously) it is more difficult to dissolve the mixture, having to spend more time beating everything.
Tenía mis dudas acerca de como quedaría, pero apenas se nota la diferencia con las yemas normales respecto al sabor y textura.
La única diferencia apreciable es que (obviamente) es mas difícil disolver la mezcla, teniendo que estar mas rato batiendo todo.
