Surprisingly useful
Very good, the truth is that at the beginning it is weird but now I give it a lot of utility, it is mixed with water and serve as egg whites, I make quiches, desserts, etc.. When mixing it is better with a hand mixer and generates a lot of foam, but once you get used to it, it is very good.
Muy bien, la verdad que al principio se hace raro pero ahora le doy un montón de utilidad, se mezcla con agua y sirven como claras, hago quiches, postres, etc. Al mezclarlo queda mejor con una batidora de mano y genera bastante espuma, pero a la que te acostumbras esta muy bien.
