Fantastic
I love it for making pancakes with coconut flour. When I'm in a hurry, I mix it with yogurt, banana and cinnamon and you don't notice the salty taste it can have if you take it as is. It's a super practical and versatile format for egg whites, plus they don't spoil and don't take up room in the fridge. I do wish they came in a smaller bag.
Me encanta para hacer tortitas con harina de coco. Cuando tengo prisa, lo mezclo con yogur, plátano y canela y no se nota el sabor 'salado' que puede tener si lo tomas tal cual. Es un formato de claras super práctico y versátil, además no se echan a perder y no cogen sitio en el frigo. Sí que me gustaría que vinieran en una bolsa más pequeña; la mitad viene vacía.

When mixing and whipping the protein, it foams very well. If I had known I would not have bought this product. Too bad.
