Poor dissolution and generates a lot of foam

Excellent value for money, but they have very bad dissolution. I have tried them for grilling with eggs, but they have very bad dissolution and generate a lot of foam. To make pancakes or cakes, if it is top, because with the mixer mixes very well.

Relación calidad precio excelente, pero tienen muy mala disolución. Las he probado para hacer a la plancha junto con huevos, pero tienen muy mala disolución y genera mucha espuma. Para hacer tortitas o bizcochos, si que es top, ya que con la batidora se mezcla muy bien.

A basic

I always have powdered egg whites at home and they are a lifesaver for me very often. For sweet preparations with extra protein and even to save the occasional improvised dinner. They last much longer than liquid egg whites and the result is the same. I have no shortage of them at home.

Siempre tengo en casa claras en polvo y me sirven de salvavidas muy a menudo. Para preparaciones dulces con aporte extra de proteína e incluso para salvarme alguna que otra cena improvisada. Duran mucho más tiempo que las claras líquidas y el resultado es el mismo. No me faltan en casa.

Versatile

I used lalbume powder to make my morning pancakes, and they came out taller and "fluffy", it doesn't leave any taste or smell to the food, for me it is promoted with flying colors!!!

Good product with some buts

It fulfills its function as a supplement, the aminogram is complete and the flavor is that of the typical egg white. The only downside is that when mixed with water it generates a lot of foam, otherwise, everything is fine.

Cumple su función como suplemento, el aminograma es completo y el sabor es el de la típica clara de huevo. El único pero es que al mezclar con agua se genera muchísima espuma, por lo demás, todo bien.

Fulfills its functions to perfection

Good dissolution, perfect digestion post workout breakfast etc .... In my case when using neutral flavor, I mix with cinnamon and pure cocoa to avoid the egg aftertaste.

Buena disolución, digestión perfecta post entrenamiento desayuno etc... En mi caso al usar sabor neutro, mezclo con canela y cacao puro para evitar el regusto a huevo .

Too much foam and incorrect dosage

It mixes very poorly with water, and if you do it in the shaker it creates a lot of foam. Trying to mix by hand by stepping on it with a spoon takes time because of the bad mixing. On the other hand the dosage is wrong, the 90ml scoop does not correspond to 30gr, but to 38gr, checked. For 30gr you have to use a 70ml scoop. I try to cook it in the microwave, as if it were a soft-boiled egg, but without yolk, the price is very good and it is convenient because it does not spoil like liquid egg whites, but I have not solved the mixing problem yet, it is impossible to mix with the shaker because it comes out all foamy and it is very difficult to mix by hand because it does not mix well. The thing is that in the promotional video they mix it with the shaker and it comes out liquid without foam, I think that video is edited and maybe they let it stand for a while until the foam disappears, it is not practical at all.

Mezcla muy mal con el agua, y si lo haces en el shaker crea muchísima espuma. Intentar mezclar a mano pisando con una cuchara lleva su tiempo por lo mal que mezcla. Por otra parte la dosificación está mal, el cacito de 90ml no se corresponde con 30gr, sino con 38gr, comprobado. Para 30gr hay que usar un cacito de 70ml. Yo lo intento cocinar al microondas, como si fuera huevo pasado por agua, pero sin yema, de precio sale muy bien y es cómodo porque no se estropea como las claras líquidas, pero el problema de la mezcla no lo he resuelto todavía, imposible mezclar con el shaker porque sale todo espuma y a mano cuesta muchísimo porque no mezcla bien. El caso es que en el vídeo promocional lo mezclan con el shaker y les sale líquido sin espuma, creo que ese vídeo está editado y puede que lo dejen reposar un rato hasta que desaparece la espuma, no es nada práctico.

Hola Luishs, El vídeo no está editado, la albúmina de huevo cuenta con unas características físicas especiales que hacen que cuando se agita forme espuma, es normal. La espuma desaparece a los pocos minutos tras su mezcla, y su aparición se puede minimizar si se reduce el tiempo de agitación y se emplea un shaker con bola o rejilla. Respecto a la dosis, en función de lo colmado que llenes el cacito puedes detectar variaciones leves en el contenido, ten en cuenta que las equivalencias de masa = capacidad se establecen usando básculas calibradas de precisión en ambientes estancos, certificadas por la agencia nacional de acreditación, por lo que su precisión es máxima. Top Egg Protein

I find the Egg Protein very soluble. It is quite fine and airy powdered. Almost tasteless and odorless. Buy it again. Very good value for money.
