Poor dissolution and generates a lot of foam
Excellent value for money, but they have very bad dissolution. I have tried them for grilling with eggs, but they have very bad dissolution and generate a lot of foam. To make pancakes or cakes, if it is top, because with the mixer mixes very well.

A basic
I always have powdered egg whites at home and they are a lifesaver for me very often. For sweet preparations with extra protein and even to save the occasional improvised dinner. They last much longer than liquid egg whites and the result is the same. I have no shortage of them at home.

Good product with some buts
It fulfills its function as a supplement, the aminogram is complete and the flavor is that of the typical egg white. The only downside is that when mixed with water it generates a lot of foam, otherwise, everything is fine.

Good dissolution, perfect digestion post workout breakfast etc .... In my case when using neutral flavor, I mix with cinnamon and pure cocoa to avoid the egg aftertaste.

Too much foam and incorrect dosage
It mixes very poorly with water, and if you do it in the shaker it creates a lot of foam. Trying to mix by hand by stepping on it with a spoon takes time because of the bad mixing. On the other hand the dosage is wrong, the 90ml scoop does not correspond to 30gr, but to 38gr, checked. For 30gr you have to use a 70ml scoop. I try to cook it in the microwave, as if it were a soft-boiled egg, but without yolk, the price is very good and it is convenient because it does not spoil like liquid egg whites, but I have not solved the mixing problem yet, it is impossible to mix with the shaker because it comes out all foamy and it is very difficult to mix by hand because it does not mix well. The thing is that in the promotional video they mix it with the shaker and it comes out liquid without foam, I think that video is edited and maybe they let it stand for a while until the foam disappears, it is not practical at all.

Mix it with some water, and you get Egg Whites. Cheaper alternative and dont have to worry about expired date.

Top Egg Protein
I find the Egg Protein very soluble. It is quite fine and airy powdered. Almost tasteless and odorless. Buy it again. Very good value for money.
