Good product
I used to buy the joint health collagen, but as the large format was almost always out of stock, I opted for this one. It has a good blend of magnesium collagen and vitamin c. I ordered the watermelon flavor, but I find it very bland, hardly any flavor. Otherwise highly recommended for those who practice sports, it helps recovery and sleep better.
Solía comprar el colágeno salud articular, pero al estar casi siempre agotado el formato grande, opté por éste. Tiene una buena mezcla de magnesio colágeno y vitamina c. Pedí el sabor sandía, pero lo encuentro muy suave, apenas con sabor. Por lo demás muy recomendable para los que practican deporte, ayuda a la recuperación y a dormir mejor.

I have been taking it daily for a week now and the discomfort in my knees and elbows that I had when training has dissipated, I don't know if it's placebo but my joints feel more resistant and the taste is like a watermelon treat.
