I had been trying another collagen from hsn without good results. this one is more complete by adding magnesium and vitamin c, essential for the proper functioning of the metabolism, and the pain and inflammation of my punished joints has decreased moderately. the worst thing about the product is the difficulty to dissolve in water (I use one dose in a liter) and the apple flavor is very improvable.
Había estado probando otro colágeno de hsn sin buenos resultados. este es más completo al añadir magnesio y vitamina c, esenciales para el buen funcionamiento del metabolismo, y el dolor e inflamación de mis castigadas articulaciones ha disminuido moderadamente. lo peor del producto es la dificultad para disolverse en agua (utilizo una dosis en un litro) y el sabor manzana es muy mejorable.

The best tasting collagen I have ever tasted.
I have taken this hydrolyzed collagen with magnesium and orange flavor, I will certainly highlight its really good taste (I have tried many brands and flavors, none has a taste as good as this one). About its effectiveness it seems good, although others with worse taste have seemed to me more effective. Taking everything into account (taste-quality-price) I think it is a good product.
