I have used this and Super Beauty alternately for almost a year. The improvement is noticeable, but perhaps not as much as I expected. I have tried the flavors Red Berry, Peach and Lemon. The latter is the one that dissolves better, the others make lumps. I find them quite successful flavors.

Delicious flavor
I bought the lemon flavor and I mix it with the rice cream and a little cinnamon and it's like having rice pudding. I can't confirm or deny the effectiveness of the collagen, but the taste is incredible.
Está buenísimo, compré el de sabor limón y lo mezclo con la crema de arroz y un poco de canela y es como tomar un arroz con leche. La efectividad del colágeno no puedo confirmarla ni desmentirla pero el sabor es increíble.
