I have a hard time taking it alone, but now I mix it with the Nutrigreens product (with water) and it's great first thing before breakfast, it wakes me up and gives me energy to start the day. At the moment I don't notice any difference in skin, hair, etc. but I will continue consuming it and it is very easy to mix like this (red fruits flavor).
