I have tried the lemon flavored one before and now I am with the red fruit one. They both taste very good, I'll take the lemon one for that reason. In terms of effectiveness, very good, I started taking it for tendinitis and since then I notice less discomfort in my strength training.

The formula is fine, and the watermelon flavor is not bad, but I can't get used to the subtle bovine collagen flavor no matter what flavorings they put in the powder. I just mix it up and go in without thinking much.
