Good and healthy
I have been taking collagen for quite some time and it is very noticeable in the improvement of joint pain. The flavors are not too good but they are not bad, I have tried orange, pineapple and watermelon. I take it mainly because I go to the gym and I had pain in my knees on the days I trained my legs. I have not had any more pain. For me an essential product whether you go to the gym or not.
Llevo bastante tiempo tomando colágeno y se nota mucho en la mejora del dolor articular. No son sabores demasiado conseguidos pero no están malos, he probado naranja, piña y sandia.
