Quite tasty orange flavor. I bought it to help recover from a joint injury and have been taking it ever since. I have the feeling that it helps me recover better from hard workouts (shoulders and knees).

Recommended, good taste
I chose the lemon flavor and I love the product. It dissolves very well. I have been taking it for about 10 days and it has felt very good, I have not noticed any heaviness in the stomach or any unwanted effects. On a physical level I have noticed that my facial skin has a better tone and I feel that my acne has improved. I don't know if it is a direct cause of the product, but I will continue taking it.
Elegí el sabor limón y me ha encantado el producto. Se disuelve muy bien. Llevo unos 10 días tomándolo y me ha sentado muy bien, no he notado ninguna pesadez en el estómago ni ningún efecto no deseado. A nivel físico he notado que la piel del rostro se encuentra con mejor tono y siento que ha mejorado el acné. Desconozco si es causa directa del producto, pero seguiré tomándolo.

Good and healthy
I have been taking collagen for quite some time and it is very noticeable in the improvement of joint pain. The flavors are not too good but they are not bad, I have tried orange, pineapple and watermelon. I take it mainly because I go to the gym and I had pain in my knees on the days I trained my legs. I have not had any more pain. For me an essential product whether you go to the gym or not.
Llevo bastante tiempo tomando colágeno y se nota mucho en la mejora del dolor articular. No son sabores demasiado conseguidos pero no están malos, he probado naranja, piña y sandia. Lo tomo sobre todo porque voy al gym y tenía dolores en las rodillas los días que entrenaba pierna. No he vuelto a tener dolor. Para mí un producto imprescindible tanto si vas al gimnasio como si no.
