Very good product, easy to swallow with a little water, frankly the taste is nice. I bought it because of the magnesium included, as I'm prone to cramps. From the 1st evening I felt very relaxed. Now I have to dose it as I'm a lightweight, but the dosage is for all adults.
Très bon produit, facile à avaler avec un peu d'eau, franchement le goût est sympa. Je l'ai acheté pour le magnesium inclus car je suis sujette aux crampes.
