Very good collagen
I bought this collagen by recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. The price is great and the pineapple flavor is amazing how good it is, it seems as if you were taking a pineapple juice, I do not notice anything the taste of collagen that leave others I've tried. Without a doubt highly recommended.

Basic for joints
I usually take it for three months and then switch to chondroitin with glucosamine for another 3 months so that my joints can keep up with me (I'm over 50 and I've been combining them for about 8 years).

I have been using this pineapple flavored collagen for years and when I run out I usually ask for lemon, the others I have not tried yet. When I do extensions in the gym, I used to feel like a grit if I put my hand on my knees, today after years I don't feel that grit when I do this exercise.

I have been taking this collagen for about 1 month and I notice improvement. When I finished training some bones hurt me now I do not feel that discomfort, I will continue taking it. Very tasty pineapple flavor.
