We take it at breakfast. The benefits are very noticeable. We started taking it because of pain in our knees after exercise and it has disappeared. And it also contains magnesium, a must at home!

I really like this supplement, I don't seem to have so much pain and the collagen was recommended by my doctor for dense vitreous and I notice a lot of improvement. I always buy pineapple flavor, it's a mild flavor, it's good and it dilutes very well.
